The USSA Mentor Program

"Be the change you want to see in the world." ~ Gandhi

Conversations create insight; hence there are a number of reasons that a mentoring program can be beneficial. This program is based on an e-mentoring program. As many of you are spread all over the country or world, it isn't always easy to meet face-to-face. Thus this program will utilize the technology so that you can communicate with your mentor via email, phone, and/or Skype.

The mentoring process is enriching and fulfilling for both the mentee and mentor. The dialogue between you and your mentor will enhance both your questioning skills and thinking processes. The characteristics gained from this opportunity will help you with your decision-making and problem-solving on and off snow.

All of the programs discussed here are completely funded by donations to the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation. The Foundation is the non-profit, fundraising arm of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association.
