The 90 exercises in DVD I hit the 5 main areas for core strength and devlopment: balance, rotation, stability, extension, and flexion. The 9 workouts demonstrated in DVD II, show how to use the exercises to create various levels of core workouts to meet your fitness level and sports requirements.
Introduces coaches and athletes to the different concepts and uses of physical assessment as well as to provide guidance for their practical implementation into their respective programs.
